Our design concept of safety systems stands on simultaneous pursuit of safety and comfort and convenience. Seat belt is of course, for the purpose of protecting or minimizing occupants from injury in case of accident. At the same time, we consider the importance of higher tastes of its design as a part of car-interiors and easier and more comfortable to fasten.
The airbag as SRS (Supplementary Restraint System) a occupant protection device to supplement Seat belt. Today, due to rising safety awareness, it has become a standard device in all automobiles (for frontal impacts. We have various types of airbag systems such as passenger airbag, side airbag, curtain airbag, knee airbag and in progress pedestrian airbag.
It is used to cover the spare wheel when mounted on the exterior of a vehicle.
Give drivers the auto interior accessories they need to keep their vehicles clean, safe and comfortable for all of their drivers.
Tonneau cover (luggage cover) is to hide loads such as baggage at the rear space and it good for antitheft. Also it provides better looks from out side. Ashimori have various types of Tonneau Cover; Simple Tonneau Cover just to hide loaded luggage, and the type that is combined with Cargo Net.
Winding door shades are built into the door trim. The shades are designed for specific car models so they fit perfectly over the window when needed to block sunlight and provide privacy. When not in use, they go back inside the door trim.
It is the net that partitions the passenger space and the luggage room. In case of sudden braking, it prevents the inrush of cargo into the occupant space, prevents the collapse of cargo, and protects the crew.
Plastic injection allows the molding of parts.
Ashimori has 4 injection molding machines of 100 tons.In this area, different models of pieces are produced that are used by the Interiors and Security area.
